Through Alaska Active Travel LLC, we booked a two-day excursion to Glacier Bay near Juneau in mid-June 2025. On the first day, we spotted whales (humpbacks) and other marine animals. We were lucky enough to see many humpbacks and also the "first" orcas of the season. An unforgettable experience. The second day was a boat day. We sailed more than 200 km in this beautiful Glacier Bay. We were treated to a variety of marine animals, beautiful views, and calving glaciers... simply fantastic. Highly recommended. The next day, we visited Tracy Arm Fjord, also near Juneau. Again, it was fantastically beautiful and highly recommended. Alaska Active Travel had organized this very well.
